Hospital Admissions Introduction

  • When you come to the hospital, first you have to contact at reception, you will get proper guidance.
  • Registration form will be filled on the main counter & card issued; according to the category of ward the advance amount will be deposited.
  • It is mandatory to submit a Photocopy of the identity card with the photo of the patient at the reception counter at the time of admission.
  • Please bring the issued card and doctor’s prescription whenever you come to the hospital.
  • At the time of admission, take the details of the hospital expenses
  • Payment in hospital is acceptable by cash, credit card or net banking
  • Get a receipt by reception after payment and it is mandatory to show the receipt at discharge time
  • In the hospital, smoking, gutka and any other type of intoxication is forbidden
  • You are requested to park your vehicle in the proper place. Drivers are available for parking.
  • At the time of admission in hospital can be given only available rooms / wards, and you will be able to shift on the basis of availability.
  • The patient is required to give all information related to mediclaim at the time of admission; there will be no responsibility for the hospital later.
  • Advance deposit is required to be deposited at the time of admission; afterwards our staff will give you the estimated bills. Your advance should always be higher than the expenses.
  • The discharge process can take about 2 to 3 hours or more.
  • After the procedure in mediclaim Cashless Discharge Process, only all clearance from Company/ TPA. The patient will be discharged.
  • Contact the manager for any kind of information, Complaint etc.
